Consultations are required for starter locs, repair services, reattachments & extensions.

The consultation fee is $20 and must be paid in full at the time of booking. The standard $50 service deposit is not required for consultations.

Please do not book your consultation and service for the same day. If my schedule allows, we may be able to complete your service immediately following your consultation, but same-day service is not guaranteed.

If you decide to move forward with booking a service, your $20 consultation fee will be applied toward your appointment total.

During your consultation, we will:
• Assess your hair and scalp
• Discuss your goals and expectations
• Recommend the best service for your needs
• Review pricing and estimated appointment time

My goal is simple: to provide quality loc care while creating an experience where you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your hair. Whether you’re starting your loc journey, maintaining your current locs, or need a little repair, I’m here to help you feel good about your crown.

Becoming a hairstylist has been a dream of mine since I was 16. In 2020, while attending Elizabeth City State University, I started doing locs from my college dorm.

What started in my dorm room grew into a passion, a business, and something I knew I wanted to continue building. Over the years, I’ve continued to grow my skills, my clientele, and my confidence in what I do.

In 2024, I moved from North Carolina to Georgia and began a new chapter. Today, I’m proud to serve Gainesville, GA and the surrounding Northeast Georgia area through Loc’d With Rav.

Soooo… This is the only time I’ve had my hair done and it didn’t hurt during the appt OR the next day! Typically, I’m stiff for a couple days… but Raven was sooo gentle it barely felt like she was doing anything. Whole time I’m sitting there wondering if she actually doing my hair or just playing in it 😂😂😂 bc she that gentle. Then she finished…. the outcome was everything! 😍 I love it! The booking was seamless, she travelled to me for a fair price and made it work in the comfort of my home! 100/10 RECOMMEND!! 🔥👏🏽

Rav did an AMAZING job on my relocs!!! 🥰 From beginning to end, the entire experience was everything I hoped for. She took her time, handled my hair with care, and truly brought my vision to life. My relocs came out BEAUTIFUL, neat, healthy looking, and exactly how I wanted them. You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do, and Rav’s NRG, attention to detail, and talent definitely show through her work. I left her chair feeling renewed, confident, and absolutely in LOVE with my hair!!! I AM so grateful I trusted her with this journey. If you’re considering relocs, I HIGHLY recommend Rav. I had such an amazing experience! Not only did she do an incredible job on my hair, but the fact that she offered a house call made everything so convenient. She was punctual, professional, and so sweet from start to finish. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure my hair was done perfectly. You can truly tell she cares about her work and her clients. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend Rav!!
